How to Set Up IPTV on a MAG Box

MAG set-top boxes (MAG 322, 324, 424, 520, 524 and others) connect to our portal using your box’s MAC address. Setup takes about 5 minutes.

Step 1: Send Us Your MAC Address

The MAC address is printed on a sticker under the box and usually starts with 00:1A:79. Send it to us when you order so we can link your subscription to your box.

Step 2: Enter the Portal URL

  1. Open Settings

    When the box starts, go to Settings → System settings → Servers → Portals.

  2. Add the portal

    For Portal 1 name enter Viking. For Portal 1 URL enter the portal address we sent you.

  3. Save and restart

    Press OK to save, go back to the main settings menu and choose Restart portal.

  4. Watch

    The box loads the Viking portal with live TV, films, series and the TV guide.

Using an STB emulator? Apps like STB Emulator on Android can act as a MAG box. Enter the emulator’s MAC address in the order form and use the same portal URL.

MAG Troubleshooting

  • “STB blocked” or “No channels”: The MAC address doesn’t match. Check the sticker and contact us.
  • Portal won’t load: Check the date and time in Settings → System settings, and update the box’s software.
  • Freezing: Connect with Ethernet. Most MAG boxes have weak built-in Wi-Fi.
